FAQ Section

How long does it take to inflate?

Depending on which pump you use it can take between 5 – 30 minutes. 5 mins it's usable, just a little spongy to walk on. If you want it rock hard it can take another 15-25 mins with a piston style pump. Our 12v SUP inflator pump will do this in around 30min with the car running or alternatively if you use our supplied valve you can pump up to 12psi within 10 minutes if you have a decent 4WD air compressor.

Do you have any stock in Australia that I can have delivered sooner?

Yes we do, if it's available on the website then it's ready to ship. If you're after a custom design we can make them too. Just contact us and we'll make your dreams a reality!

What is covered by Warranty?

All Aussie Floats come with a 2 year manufacturer's warranty which covers the manufacturer's defeats. These include if the glue comes apart at the seam and the float begins to leak air. What this does not cover is general wear and tear and punctures caused by abrasions (dragging the floats along the ground will cause this) or sharp objects puncturing the float.

What's included with my Aussie Float?

Each Aussie Float comes with your choice of a 240v or 12v pump, Carry bag, and puncture repair kit. The Gazebo pictured is not included but we've designed it so a 3x3m one will fit perfectly.
